Account Deletion

You can delete your Storyunic account and associated data at any time.

Delete In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

  1. Open Storyunic and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, email info@ahmeterentosun.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address or sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email) linked to your account.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your account and profile data
  • All stories, generated images, and audio files stored under your account
  • Subscription entitlement metadata

Some data may be retained for a limited period in backups or where required by law (for example billing records or legal defense obligations). See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before or after requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
